Yes, our on-lot buildings are available for purchase and often provide the quickest path to ownership. On-lot inventory includes free delivery within a 50-mile radius of our lot. For deliveries beyond 50 miles, minimal over mileage charges may apply and are determined by the size of the building.

In most cases, available inventory can be delivered within approximately two weeks, weather permitting. We also have a fully stocked ‘Hub Lot’ located in Magnolia, MS with other quick alternatives to help find exactly what you are looking for.

Ready to order your perfect Graceland® Portable Building? Our state-of-the-art production facility is located in Lexington, Mississippi, where each building is crafted with quality and care. Every Graceland building is fully customizable—nothing is set in stone. If a color doesn’t feel quite right, we will explore other options that better suit your vision. If a door placement needs adjustment, we can accommodate that as well.

Our 3D Builder allows us to accurately design and order your building to your exact specifications. And if your project requires even greater precision, our custom build process ensures every detail is built to the inch to meet your expectations.

Want a Graceland building but facing delivery challenges due to gates, fencing, or limited access? Our Build-On-Site team can help. With this option, our experienced crew constructs your Graceland building directly at your location, allowing you to see quality craftsmanship come together right in your backyard.

The Build-On-Site option is available for cash purchases only and is not offered with Rent-to-Own programs. Additional fees apply, and availability is subject to location within our service area. Please contact us for details and to confirm eligibility.
