Want a Graceland® building but have delivery challenges such as gates, fencing, narrow access, or other site restrictions? Graceland’s Build-On-Site option is designed for situations where a fully assembled building cannot be delivered to your property.

With Build-On-Site, an experienced crew constructs your Graceland building directly at your location, allowing you to receive the same quality craftsmanship without requiring access for a completed building.

Build-On-Site Is Temporarily Unavailable

Graceland has temporarily suspended its Build-On-Site program while updates are being made to how the program is handled. The service is expected to return, and we will update this page as soon as ordering becomes available again.

Build-On-Site Program Details

When available, Build-On-Site is offered for cash purchases only and is not available through Graceland Rent-to-Own programs. Additional fees apply, and availability depends on your location and whether the site meets program requirements.

Typical Build-On-Site lead times have historically been approximately four to six weeks, weather permitting, although scheduling and availability may vary when the program resumes.
