Graceland Payments

Graceland’s Rent-to-Own program is designed to make ownership simple and attainable. The process begins by selecting the building that best fits your needs and choosing a Rent-to-Own term that works for your budget. Approval is quick and straightforward, with no credit check, allowing you to move forward without traditional financing hurdles.

Once your agreement is in place, your building is delivered and set up, and you begin making affordable monthly payments. Throughout the term, you are working directly with Graceland—there are no third-party lenders involved. You may take advantage of the full term if needed, or pay off early at any time to save on Rent-to-Own costs, with no early payoff penalties. When the final payment is made, ownership of the building transfers to you in full.

Select a Rent-to-Own term that fits your budget: The 36-month term offers the best overall rate, making it the most cost-effective option. The 48-month term provides a balanced middle ground, combining affordability with flexibility. The 60- and 72-month terms offer the lowest monthly payments, making them ideal for customers who prefer the smallest note, while still allowing the option to pay off early and save.

How the Rent-to-Own process works: To get started, all that’s required is a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID along with one or two payments down. When you choose two payments down, you receive one month of rent free.

NO CREDIT CHECK!

Graceland Rental Advantage Program (GRAP)

The Graceland Rental Advantage Program (GRAP) provides added peace of mind during your Rent-to-Own agreement. If your building is damaged or destroyed by a qualifying act of God—such as fire, high winds, flooding, tornadoes, or earthquakes—Graceland may waive your liability for damage to the building and halt future rental payments once a claim is approved.

GRAP is included with every Rent-to-Own contract at no additional cost. While GRAP is not insurance, it is a Graceland-provided program designed to protect customers from continued obligation due to qualifying events. Rental payments and any applicable late fees remain the customer’s responsibility until a claim is submitted and approved.

This is one more advantage Graceland provides by keeping their rentals in-house.

Early Purchase Option (EPO) — Explained Simply

The Early Purchase Option (EPO) gives you the ability to buy your building outright at any time during your Rent-to-Own agreement, as long as you’ve made at least one rental payment. If you decide you’re ready to own sooner, you simply contact us and choose to exercise your EPO.

When you use the Early Purchase Option, every rental payment you’ve already made is credited toward the purchase of the building. The earlier you choose to buy, the more you save compared to completing the full Rent-to-Own term. Once the EPO amount is paid, your monthly rental payments stop immediately, and ownership of the building transfers to you.
